A pure white goat was tied to a tree next to 10 large kegs of palm wine. Elders marched ceremoniously to the main hut. They were clad in flowing white wrappers tied across their shoulders, their long red caps gracing their hoary hairs. Laughter and excited chatter could be heard amongst the women preparing the feast around the large three-legged pots.
What I learnt: Building worlds in stories is a description of items in an environment in a way that defines a specific era, culture, and mood.
